COGAMI COLLABORATES WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO PROMOTE EMPLOYMENT

So it was highlighted by Manuel Fraga (Galician President) during the opening day of Call Center, a social firm owned by COGAMI, Net Accede and Caixa Nova, where 32 teleoperators with disabilities work.
In education, the collaboration is established with the University of Santiago de Compostela, with whom they will give one of the workshops included in the IV International Master of Co-operation and Volunteering.
Finally, at the institutional level, the Council of the Galician Government has allowed and agreement between the Ministry
of Social Matters and COGAMI in order to develop a programme against the exclusion of people with disabilities in Galicia. The agreement includes 26 training actions, dissemination activities to enterprises and town councils, awareness rising campaigns and activation of rural associations. All these activities aim at integrating people with disabilities in mainstream labour.
